Just enough resistance on a 7-8 mile power walk! I velcro it just over my hips because that's where I need to gain strength and the weight-bearing of 5 lbs. feels great! Eventually I may graduate to 10 lbs. (maybe) but I recommend women start with the lowest weight and get your body used to it. The belt is very minimalist because it's thin (compared to other weight belts) and does not move after you place it. The Velcro feels solid and the fastener makes it look like a belt...I do not think people noticed I was wearing a weight belt while walking and that's a good thing! I definitely recommend it!

My waist is 31 inches if I loose 2 inches, I will not be able to use this belt anymore. Please make this bell26 to 42 or 26 to 40 inches.

It's a little expensive for what it is, but I'm happy with it adding just five pounds when doing my walks makes a difference. It is very big so if you have a small waist it slides down some

I wear this at work every day to get automated weight bearing exercise. I usually walk around 8,000 steps a day at work, so it adds up. The belt is made well - a quality product! The only thing I could say is that it is very large. I wear a size 6 and tighten it all the way. It is still a tad big and there is some excess material. I wish they offered different sizes, but overall it is not a big deal. Some of my friends at work have started doing this too. We are starting a thing, lol

It was supposed to be a one size fit all weighted belt. The beads shifted too much inside and I couldn't get it to stay around my waist while working out. Definitely wasn't good for running with. It was not as adjustable as they made it seem. Not for 28-in waist or smaller. I ended up returning it.

Got this to help improve my fitness. I didn't want an insightly weighted vest. This is adjustable and after a while you hardly notice you're wearing it despite the 10lb weight. It's discrete and comfortable to wear.
