Will this work with 2019 r1250 gsa? i am needing to reset service reminder

It should. I have used it on 2018 1200 gsa.

Will this work on my 2021 bmw R18 classic bike?

I’m not an expert, but my understanding is that it will work with all bmw models that have the proper connection, or a 10 pin round connector with the added adapter. Hope this helps! This is a slick little device.

Can this unit (wifi enthusiast version) along with an ios mobile device be used in a remote location with no cell or wifi service to clear codes?

Yes, to clear codes. On the bottom of the unit is a Bluetooth to Bluetooth switch to communicate with your phone. Code clearing is one of the limited functions in this mode.
