Not as advertised
Tried to cancel order when I realised delivery time and from where. Eventually received. Quality of these is poor, Materials used not as advertised. Would not recommend. Requested refund so now have to cover return post to China

They are hard.
My husband finds them comfortable and sleeps better with them.I have a neck injury and find them too hard and aggravate my pain.I am considering taking some of the stuffing out of the neck roll but to see if that helps.

Not good quality
This pillows doesn't work, I have been sleeping almost a week already and I wake up worse. I will not recommend, it's a waste of money
