Weak mechanical parts
This doorknob was working great, but less than a month the handle is loose and I have to return it.

It works only oneside
It’s locks when we swipe the card. Even trough app it works opposite and can’t be used.

Died after three months
I installed this Vevor lock on my garage door, it worked fine for three months then just died. I contacted Vevor since it had a twelve-month warranty, but the best customer support would do is offer a $10 "gesture of goodwill" (their words, not mine). I'll put that towards a Kwikset or Schlage replacement.

It works!
I put it on my RV Door as my front door lock and it works great. It's easy to install and the app is easy to use. It was easy to set up the code and bluetooth the little card key. I can use either one along with the app on my phone to unlock the door. I haven't found an option tho to just leave the door unlocked tho. Even after unlocking the door it immediately relocks itself. It doesn't go thru batteries quickly like other electronic door locks I've used before. I'm glad I got this.***UPDATE- I've had this now for a few months and have had no problems with it. It gave me an audible warning that the batteries needed to be replaced just yesterday. I love the fact that I can just get on the app to change the code I dont have to do it on the actual lock which makes it convenient if I've given the code to someone and need to revoke access quickly & remotely. Everyone who has seen it has asked me where I purchased it because they want one as well because of how easy it is to use & how many options this door handle/ lock has. I'm very happy with my purchase and only wish I had gotten it sooner.
