The edge is sharp but not dangerously sharp its been a life changer for this left arm amptee.The notch in the stand is too small for the blade making the stand useless.

Got this for my granddaughter for her bridal shower. You would have thought I gave her gold! She is a good cook and uses lots of fresh herbs and this will make quick work of the garnishes and flavorings. What a smart grandmother am I, especial since I have one & know how great this is when prepping for a dish.
