Better than powdered creatine
I hate taking creatine i powder form so I tried capsules. Although the capsules are big they’re easy to swallow. I no longer have digestive problems taking creatine and get the benefits of creatine.

Bequeme Alternative zum Pulver
Ich nutze die Kreatin-Kapseln von ESN nun schon seit längerer Zeit als Ersatz für das klassische Kreatinpulver. Hier sind meine Erfahrungen im Alltag und beim Training: Einnahme & Dosierung: Komfort: Der größte Vorteil ist die Zeitersparnis. Kein Abwiegen mit der Feinwaage, kein klumpiges Anrühren im Shaker. Perfekt für die schnelle Einnahme am Morgen oder auf Reisen. Geschmack: Da das Kreatin in einer Kapselhülle steckt, schmeckt man absolut nichts. Das ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt gegenüber purem Kreatinpulver im Wasser. Kapselgröße: Die Kapseln sind recht groß (2,5cm lang). Wer Probleme beim Schlucken von großen Tabletten hat, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Für mich persönlich lassen sie sich aber gut einnehmen. Inhaltsstoffe & Verträglichkeit: Dosierung pro Tag: Um auf die empfohlenen 3 Gramm Kreatin zu kommen, muss man täglich 3 Kapseln nehmen. Dadurch hält die Dose bei mir genau 100 Tage. Verträglichkeit: Ich hatte keinerlei Magen-Darm-Beschwerden, was bei minderwertigem Kreatin oder falscher Pulverauflösung manchmal vorkommen kann. Die Qualität von ESN ist gewohnt hoch. Fazit: Wer den Aufpreis von Kapseln gegenüber Pulver nicht scheut, bekommt hier ein absolut sauberes, leicht zu dosierendes Produkt. Ideal für Sportler, die eine unkomplizierte Routine suchen.
