Quality of pen is not satisfying, also the stimulation is spreading in allover the pen while we use it , turn it on the effect should be only affecting a patient,s body but it also give u a shock like verry strong stimulation so u are not able hold the machine oen while its on .

What I can see from this product was there was a reverse massaging effect when I try to use it in one hand the other hand where I am holding this pen gets massaging effect which is bad. The same happens when I try to use it on other people, I will have to touch them in order for them to have the massaging effect, otherwise, there will no massaging effect. Up to level 3 is ok for the pen to hold, more than that the effect on the hand where I am holding the pen gets more effect which is bad.

Initially the pulses seem a bit strange and the little shocks to the hand need some adjusting of the grip. However with the application of gel and at lower pulse settings it works well. Start with areas that are less sensitive like closer to the heels and use low pulse to avoid shock.
