Have purchased this iodine many times over many years. After not using it for some time, then restarting with regular use, lab results showed remarkable improvement in thyroid function and inflammatory issues around throat. It's apparently very good overall for immune protection. The iodine will remain suspended in one's system until needed, but only take 6 drops per day then drink a little water.
