As with most supplements that make claims of everything from losing weight to becoming young again, these are no different. She tried these and nada, zilch, nothing! For some people they may work as like with other supplements there are many factors that have to be considerered. First there is the body mass, then there is the water retention and then the metabolism. Regardless of what factors come into play everybody is different and our bodies all work differently. The BMA has campaigned / lobbied for decades to have vitamins and supplements controlled and I agree with them. Some ingredients in these types of supplement can be harmful and like this product manufacturers are simply just mixing anything and everythingh then making claims as toi the benefits. Although I do find that this product is laced with natural ingredients I can't understand as to why there is added caffiene when tea already contains high levels of it? Another ingredient that I am astounded at is "Chicory" and Chicory Root"? So, they have found another use for "Chicory". There was a time when chicory was being sold as an alternative to coffe and it was the worst possible taste for any human palate. Many tried it and gave up after only a mouthful and some continued using chicory because it was so cheap when compared to the price of coffee. Chicory was being sold at around 25% of the price of coffee and yet it was still highly profitable. Green tea is a good drink for those that are dieting so nothing else need to be added and although this product does have some additives there are very few as it is mainly green tea and "chicory" As for the vitamins, the BMA dn others discovered that as soon as one opens a bottle of supplements the product starts deteriating... fast!. So, before the last few are used theyy have no benefit at all. Although I am going to recommend this product for those that want to try it as it may be of some benefit but for me I think the jusy is out and there simply can't be any clear verdict until such a time as the BMA get a government to fund much needed research into these supplements, dieting aids etc. and they become regulated.

>> 2 wk update<< my digestive system is really settled and no bloating in my tummy when eating some foods. In addition a slight drop in weight and feel a little energised. Plus when walking about the stomach muscles 'seem' to be starting to tighten up - can't quite put my finger on this, not changed any exercise or daily movement. Will keep monitoring. >>Original review << Sealed container, nicely made, writing a little small, but information on there. Just over average size capsule, that swallows easy and leaves no aftertaste or effects on your indigestion system. Only thing I've found, about 1 hour aftet, a sit in the throne is needed, but no other affects. Definitely don't get as many hunger pains, so that alone will help reduce weight, ie flatten the tummy. It's been around a week and yes things are starting to happen. So possibly a gentle way to diet, I'll report back in a couple of wks. I'd read about delivery issues, these arrived next day, so maybe if issues existed they've been resolved. Think these will work..... will give 5 stars on review if targets are being reached.
