So creamy!
I have the boysenberry vanilla lip balm. It is delicious. The stick is wide and glides on easily. Quality is superb and keeps my lips soft and feeling "plump"! A little expensive, but ingredients are all organic, a big plus. Will continue purchasing.

Great lip balm
This is a great balm. It stays on for a long time and doesn't feel too sticky. I liked it so much I bought 2 colored balms. As for the cardboard container that people don't like. It doesn't bother me at all. Just stick your pinky up the back to push it out more. Better than plastic, especially for me because I go through lip balm like crazy. Pinky too big to fit in the back? use a pen. It doesn't happen all the time. This is a company trying to get away from plastic containers, with a good product on top of that- I'm going to support that.

Size matters
I just received my new chapstick in the mail and I'm in shock over how tiny it is. This was in amazon under the "jumbo chapstick" category and was $8 before tax and shipping. The chapstick itself is lovely, and creamy. The smell is very subtle. Delicate, but nice. I appreciate the fact that it's all natural and made with only a handful of safe and simple ingredients. That being said, I can already tell this chapstick will melt down quickly and I'll have to buy another soon enough. For $8, I would have expected 3 of these minis. It would be cool to try the other flavors, knowing they're all made with fresh farm grown fruit. The 2nd picture is this chapstick next to a standard sized chapstick. I'm still not entirely sure; Did I get a sample size by mistake?? However, I have to say, the packaging and design are BEAUTIFUL and super classy. I love everything about the design. I just want more!

My True Love Lip Balm - FINALLY!!
I had started to despair that I'd never find a good lip balm. If it had a pleasant scent and taste, it was greasy and didn't last for longer than 5 minutes. If it lasted longer than that, it smelled and tasted foul. I've tried so many kinds, even Pangea which was very expensive (my husband wouldn't come near me when I had that stuff on). Then I tried the Farmstead Apothecary lip balm and I was immediately hooked! It ticks ALL of my boxes of what a good lip balm should be. It's not at ALL greasy. It lasts a long time- longer than anything else I've tried. It smells and tastes great. I have used this one lip balm heavily and exclusively for the past 2 plus months. During that time I spent 2 weeks with the flu. So I think I've given it a good testing! My lips have never felt better or been softer! And when I was ill, this balm prevented my lips from getting chapped or cracked. Even when I was blowing my nose practically every 30 seconds! I use it a lot and there's still a lot of product left, so even though the tube may look small, it really does last. In fact I love this so much that I've gone onto their website (where they offer more flavors than Amazon does) and purchased 8 more tubes of it as I don't think I can bear ever being without this lip balm in my life!

Fine product, terrible package
The chapstick is very nice on the lips, protects them in below zero, windy, snowy days. Lasts awhile & I don't have to reapply every ten minutes. The flavour is good, not too sweet, just enough to be interesting. It also doesn't have the waxy, thick, "cakey" feeling of cheap lip moisturiser. The drawback is the tube it's in. It is terrible. It's very short, & how the product is pushed up in the tube, impossible for an adult to operate. This has no typical plastic applicator that twists to raise the product above the rim, but rather, you stick a finger in the bottom of the tube & push. The moisturiser is so soft, the cardboard applicator is soggy & mushy. Not good for travel on days that may be warm. It'll melt through & make a huge mess. I understand the "be eco" packaging gimick, but it's terrible. I won't dare carry this in an expensive purse, any purse, nor pocket. Leave this for home use & find another brand to take along, unless you want a mess. I like the actual product, but I'm never buying it again due to the tubes material & construction.

CUTE and really works!
It is important to me to only put natural ingredients on my skin and lips due to a chronic health problem. I appreciate the purity of this lip balm. It is creamy and absorbs on to the lips without a waxy feeling and remains there for a good portion of time before needing to reapply. The scent is heavenly and the sweetness (stevia—-good thing because I avoid sugar!) is a nice addition. What many found disappointing about the packaging, I found refreshing if not charming. It comes hand packed in a small cardboard tube. What would all natural ingredients be without a biodegradable container? Just makes this more up my ally and I thank the maker for being conscientious. I bought three—one for me and two for gifts. I’m confident the recipients will appreciate the HONESTY of this product in its packaging to its natural goodness.

No stars!
If I could leave no stars I would. These smell awful and have the consistency of sand in wax. My search for the perfect lip balm continues.

Great product, user unfriendly packaging
This lip balm is really good! It is moisturizing, smells great, and goes on very smoothly. It leaves a nice moisture barrier and helps my dry lips in the cold weather. I have tried tons of lip balms, and rarely find them to live up to the hype, however this one actually does. The big issue is the packaging. The lip balm is in a cardboard casing with no mechanism to raise it and lower it, so it just sits there. I have to bang the bottom of the package to get it out, and then I have to hold it with my fingers to apply it. Then, I have to put it back into the casing. It's messy and a completely ridiculous package. I really like the product, but I don't think I will reorder because of the packaging.
