Faulty laptop - very disappointed
This laptop has been problematic since we bought it at the end of August. We tried to contact the seller for advice but could only get through to an Amazon helpdesk.Initial error messages - couldnt find a bootable operating system. We tried to fix it and Amazon helpdesk tried to help. The message then went away and the laptop was ok for a few weeks.Now it will not charge properly - the battery is clearly the problem. We charge it up and get 1% charge. Then if it does charge, it stops working if you unplug the cable.It's been a disaster from day one and we will not be buying a reconditioned laptop from Amazon etc - more so because it is impossible to get proper support.

Expected some wear and tear given the price, however, for £389 the outrageously poor quality of the laptop was an insult. How someone decided that this was a good laptop in the first place is beyond me, it's barely a 'laptop', 'scrap' is what it is, such is the state of it, makes Amazon look like a joke.

This laptop came as new, top quality. I’ve gotten value for money by saying 1,000$ for getting a brand new. All the specs are accurate, no scratches

Es muy muy buena computdora, me llegó con unos golpes pero el paquete llegó intacto y muy bien protegido, me llegó sin la caja original pero a mi nonme molesta.
