Central rode bends under the weight of the umbrella when the light head installed at the edge of the rode to get the softest light possible.. Which makes the whole setup flimsy and less rubost.

Very good soft box, easy to use, makes lighting really soft, size is as advertised. The quality of material is very good Would definitely recommend

This is a lightweight and compact alternative to a Bowens softbox. It does have a hot spot as shown in the photos (shown with and without the diffuser). These photos were taken with the flash at 24mm zoom and centered, with the front edge in the same plane as the outer rim of the umbrella. I find that a zoom length of 24mm is the best for minimizing the hot spot - but the differences are minor. I have the 41" version which I found to be plenty large. Also the umbrella is too heavy for the Neewer stands that sell for AU$49 a pair on the Australian Amazon site. It will tip them over. As the umbrella lacks a grid, light control is somewhat limited. I think this is a reasonable tradeoff given the portability, compactness, and quick setup of the umbrella.

Ho preso quello da 130 cm. Per me, ottimo. Allestisco una sala posa in casa e quest'ombrello mi da ottimi risultati, sia in termini di luce, molto bella, morbida; che di spazio. In un attimo si chiude e si risolve la disinstallazione. Attenzione in esterni se c'è vento, accertatevi alla stabilità dello supporto prima di rincorrerlo in mare.

Ich bin mit diesem 165-cm-Parabolschirm absolut zufrieden. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hochwertig, der Aufbau geht schnell und nach dem Einsatz lässt sich der Schirm ebenso schnell wieder zusammenklappen und in der mitgelieferten Tasche verstauen. Was mich am meisten beeindruckt hat, ist die Größe. Ich nutze den Schirm auf einem C-Stand bei einer Raumhöhe von 2,50 Metern und er nimmt gefühlt fast die komplette Raumhöhe ein. Größer dürfte er in einem normalen Raum kaum sein. Der große Vorteil eines Lichtformers dieser Größe ist natürlich die Lichtqualität. Im Vergleich zu kleineren Softboxen mit 65 oder 90 cm wird das Licht deutlich weicher. Schatten verlaufen viel sanfter und das Licht wirkt insgesamt wesentlich angenehmer. Gerade bei Porträts, Interviews oder wenn ganze Personen ausgeleuchtet werden sollen, macht das einen enormen Unterschied. Ich arbeite als Foto- und Videograf und kann sagen, dass sich dieser Schirm hervorragend für professionelle Produktionen eignet. Das Licht wirkt sehr natürlich und schmeichelhaft und sorgt für einen hochwertigen Look. Die Verarbeitung überzeugt ebenfalls. Alles wirkt stabil und langlebig, sodass ich davon ausgehe, lange Freude an diesem Lichtformer zu haben. Wer genügend Platz im Studio oder zu Hause hat und möglichst weiches Licht erzeugen möchte, sollte sich einen Lichtformer dieser Größe unbedingt anschauen.
