great product. the only difference was the product I got was usb cable connected, unlike what was mentioned on he product description (battery operated). but either way good product. WORKS THE BEST IN THE DARK, AT NIGHT TIME. nice colour clarity and little wave movement on the ceiling.

Faulty product - Bad service from amazon
Bad one not getting charged and works only when wired. Had opted for replacement it’s been 4-5 days not yet replaced. Was going to receive yesterday. However, surprisingly late in the evening around 8:30 pm status shows I had cancelled the return! @amazon kindly stop this joke.

Crystal moon lamp
I bought this to give to my friend on her birthday, the product is good but I kinda expected more like, i thought the moon(spots) would be on the whole moon but it's only on the front, you have to put the lamp from the spot design, which kinda disappointed me but the product is nice. The brightness and all... I like it <3 YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY IT.

Great product for price point to set vibe
Really great product, the remote works fine for me using it for 3 days now. Just place it at a little height with lights off.

Packaging Needs Improvement, But the Product Looks Amazing
I was a little disappointed when I received the product. Although the outer package was in good condition, there was no bubble wrap or proper protection inside the box. Because of this, one of the two wires was disconnected. I had to solder the wire myself before the lamp started working, which was quite frustrating. However, after fixing the wire, the product looked absolutely beautiful. The crystal design and warm lighting effect are very attractive and make it a perfect gift item. Overall, the product is worth the money, but the packaging and quality check before shipping should be improved.
