We love this great cereal. Healthy ingredients & it’s delicious. Most importantly low sugar.

I read the Wheat Belly book in 2018, and learned about the story of how the wheat that is produced today is much worse than the wheat from 40 years ago. I promptly went off not only wheat, but oats and other grains. The result was effortlessly losing 18 pounds, almost all in the abdominal area, and keeping it off with no effort. There's a recipe for a nut granola in the book, which includes various nuts and seeds, and Stevia for the sweetener. No wheat, no oats, no artificial sweeteners, etc. I double everything in the recipe, to reduce the time involved with making the granola. However, it's still takes time to get it prepared, and additionally I like some variety with my cereal. I was delighted to find out about Seven Sundays Nut Granola cereal, because it has similar ingredients to recipe in the book, with nuts and seeds, and sweetened with dates. It tastes great and has very healthy ingredients. Highly recommended!

Best cereal when you're on a keto diet. Be sure to let it sit for at least 2 minutes after you pour in your milk of choice before eating so the chia seeds can swell. It's sweet enough to satisfy and crunchy enough to feel like you're eating actual cereal.

Looking for low salt and 1gram added sugars in your snackin?? THIS granola has a nice raspberry tangy taste mixed in with chewy fruits and nutty seeds. I take my time chewing every spoonful. Can’t wait to add it to my yogurt. I’m 65 and been gradually cutting back on sugar over the last 20 years, have pretty much omitted processed and ultra processed foods from my menu and keep salt to a bare minimum. Great value for the money. Will definitely be back to try their other products!

I've bought Rise and Shine several times--- fun, tasty and quite low carbs! Now if we can just get Amazon to not screw up the order. This particular shipment arrived with bags of "Protein Oats" in the box and not the "Rise and Shine" I ordered. This Protein Oats is much higher in carbs but what I know of Seven Sundays, it's probably very tasty for someone who can eat it--unfortunately, I can't.

I don't even like nuts and I like this! Great in milk or sprinkled on yogurt. Bought for my husband because he has heart disease. Bought more to share with my brother-in-law who is diabetic and my sister who is gluten intolerant. Healthy bunch, I know. Probably should have started eating this years ago.

This is my favorite granola! I love the flavor and the hint of dark chocolate. I've tried other granola and this is by far the best.
