What I liked:+ Really good at blocking out light. There is a very little amount of light that comes through but overall it is great (in my photos the light you see is mostly from other side windows which blinds aren't as good as blocking out light as the arch shade)+ Variety of colors to choose from. I picked white to compliment our exterior siding and interior paint. Looks great!+ includes everything needed to install (Except pencil and knife)+ instructions are easy to follow along. The instructions at one point do instruct you to subtract 3/8in from the radius to make your cut. I didn't trust it and just cut the length without subtracting 3/8in but the shade didn't fit, so I went back and cut again this time subtracting 1/4inch. This worked well, though I'm sure 3/8in would've been fine as well with how the window fits in the middle.+ I like that one half of the window has double sided adhesive, where the other half has velcro so you can easily deploy or retract the shade+ There's a metallic layer for some weather proofing I think. We initially had another arch shade installed before we had the window replaced, and the original shade didn't have this.Considerations:- Fairly expensive compared to other shades. But at the time of writing, this has the best reviews. I also think from the original shade I had from a different company that you ARE getting a better product for the higher price.- Not a deal breaker but the double sided adhesive was pre-installed. I would've preferred installing it myself since my window ledge is narrow and i would've wanted it slightly off-center. AMAZING!!! This is 100% blackout if that is what you are needing (it is what we needed!!!) We ordered the black one. Make sure you measure and cut to size right though or you will mess it up! So easy to install in an arch window and has stayed perfectly so far for 6 months. We use this in our 1 year old daughters' room and it keeps all of the light out. We cannot live without this product. Great value for what you gets and is super durable. Easy to cute if you have the right tools. I used a box cutter!

I really liked the price and quality of the item. It was easy to install and blocked out most of the sunlight. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because my windows’ height is not exactly half the length of the window so the fit is a little off and some sunlight comes through. But overall I am happy with the product and would buy it again.

Let me say, I was reluctant to buy this shade. I didn’t think it would work. We were replacing a wood/vinyl one that had been in place for 25 years. Needless to say, it was brittle and getting yellow with age. The cost to replace new was $700-800. I decided to go with this and see how it would work. Instructions were easy and all the tools came with (except for a cutting tool). I had to cut it a little and that was easy. The shade looks like it was custom made. Installation was easy. I’m a middle aged woman and I did it solo. My husband was impressed with the results. Happy to say, it works better than our old one. We got the light blocking shade and it really does filter out the light. We have an eastern facing window so it gets a LOT of sun. The room was noticeably cooler and darker. I would highly recommend this!

Perfect for keeping the hot sun out, we have three large arch windows and these are working great, keeping house cooler. I bought the light filtering, didn’t want a total blackout. My husband mounted the sticky Velcro side on a piece of vinyl the same size as shade bottom and now we can lift up the arch shade with ease in the cooler months.Wish we had made a video.

We got this for a moon window in our kids room. I could not for the life of me get it to fit properly. I followed the instructions exactly and it was either too short on the sides or too tall on the top. We used it anyway and it looks decent and does the job. Just super annoying that it isn’t a perfect fit.

This is exactly what I was looking for! The product is just as described, easily installed, and fits perfectly. Whenever it fades, I will buy this again
