New staple in my skincare!

Seal was not on the item
It arrived without the packaging and didn’t have a seal on it. Am returning it

Not a hydrating cream
This says lotion but it is not a moisturizer cream type of lotion. It is a watery alcohol liquid-very similar to nail polish remover. Even applying it with the cotton ball and the smell just gives me nail polish remover thoughts. I feel like it works. I came back on here to find the moisturizer for this though because it will make skin feel very dry. A wise dermatologist recommended this so im sticking with it.
