I’m 6’2” and 300 lbs, this fits my thighs with the extensions pads perfectly! Only downside to this especially as a bigger person is it’s a bit of a pain in the butt to put on by yourself, several velcro pieces you gotta fight with and get everything snuggled while being bent over lol. Works great, i needed it to help improve blood circulation for my leg i had surgery on a few months back.

I love it! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it didn’t have anything that massages your knees or heat them up. But it is strong like it will squeeze the mess out of you lol 😂 good value for your money these are expensive otherwise. Gets the job done!
