Great image quality and incredibly easy to access footage
This was one of the very first accessories I bought after getting my new car, and I have been very happy with it ever since. Both the front and rear cameras produce clear, high-quality video, and I've had no issues with reliability. During normal driving, the footage is detailed enough to read license plates at a reasonable distance, which is one of the main reasons I wanted a dash cam in the first place. One of my favorite features is that you don't have to remove the microSD card every time you want to save or view footage. Being able to download videos directly through the app is incredibly convenient and makes accessing recordings much easier. The cameras themselves are compact and don't get in the way while driving. The overall build quality feels solid, and installation was straightforward. Overall, this has been an excellent investment for my car. If you're looking for a front and rear dash cam with great image quality and an easy way to access your recordings, I would definitely recommend this one.

Picture is worth a thousand words!
I bought this after someone totaled my truck then tried to blame the accident on me. Local cameras proved my innocence. The camera was ez for me in install myself, the app is ez to use and now I have coverage front and back. The only thing with my truck is - my 12v outlet doesn't turn off when the truck is not running- I have read ppl do a work around, but I just remember to unplug when I will be parked for a long time so I don't run the battery down - I say this bc I am retired and don't use the truck for days at a time. Works very well though- glad I purchased it - remember the old saying a picture is worth a thousand words!

Very impressed by the quality
I bought this camera a week ago and been using it since. Absolutely outstanding quality for the price, very easy to set up and looks very nice also, The ADAS feature is pretty nice, you can turn the volume down so you only get notifications or you can turn it completely off. The videos are very stable, i did not get an event yet but this was a short video off the camera dashboard which i think is pretty cool that its got the altitude, speed and map on the screen (you can choose not to have those in the way of your video btw) Also to mention the aftercare products you get are extremely worth the price, including an extended warranty and accessories to hardwire the camera. I spoke with Ada on whatsapp at product support and was very helpful on getting the aftercare products and the warranty. So far this experience has been far above the other dash cameras company i’ve dealt with.

Great cameras for the money!
Been using this for a couple of of months now and I'm super happy with it. It is pretty easy to learn how to use. Installation was straightforward and easy to do. It records very well and the video is super clear and you can see things very well in the recorded images. Connectivity with my phone is slow to connect, but once it connects, it is good to go. Downloading videos takes a while, so you have to sit in the car to get them downloaded there, however, this can be sped up by removing the SD card after turning the car off and taking it inside to get the videos off if you are wanting to pull more than one at a time. There is some functionality that is unimportant to me, and that can be turned off. Constantly being told I have a lane deviation when changing lanes driving down the highway was kind of annoying, so that had to be turned off. For me, the camera talking to me was annoying, especially while driving. That all got turned off. I just want it to record while I'm driving so that I can use the videos as evidence if I need to do so. Overall, I am super happy with it and we have since ordered two more with plans to order another for the other vehicles in our household. Highly recommended!

GOOD!!
The item works very well for my car. The included instructions were simple and easy to understand, and the image quality was great for the price point. Though I do wish it came with wire clips for the cables, nevertheless, it’s a great and affordable option for anyone looking for an easy way to keep their car safe!

Excellent Customer Service
I really like this dash cam. It was easy to set up, and it has great features, such as alerts when you're following the vehicle in front of you too closely or when someone is walking near your car. If you don't want to use those features, you can easily disable them. The field of view is excellent, and connecting it to my phone was quick and hassle-free. The customer service is top-notch. I had a problem with my device, so I reached out to the company. Bella patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps. After we exhausted all the possible solutions, she determined that I needed a replacement device. I'm so grateful for the warranty because Bella is sending me a new one. Great product and outstanding customer support!

An honest review from functionality to customer service.
When I received this product it seemed to have a good quality feel, but that's where it ends. Right off the bat, it was shipped with a bad power cord, and it wasted an entire afternoon of troubleshooting. Botslab did send a new cord, but this took nearly 5 days, meaning ordering from Amazon was pointless. It's strictly the principal of the matter in regards to that. I did appreciate them sending a new cord and so far was satisfied with their customer service. However, this camera does not function as the hype suggests. 1. In order to have the camera auto shutdown (just goes into standby), it has to be at minimum "low setting" in park minitoring mode. It might as well be set to high, because if any large truck passes by, or someone is blasting music from their car passing by, it reactivates for ten minutes at a time. You should not have to have Park Monitoring activated for it to shut down after 10 minutes as it does have GPS tracking. Secondly, expect to have to format your card once or twice a week because shutting your car door when entering your vehicle reactivates it and it does an emergency recording for 1 minute. Also, if you cancel the emergency recording, it glitches the card and you have to reformat it. So you must leave it alone and let it do its thing. Just make sure it says, "Parking Mode Ending", "Emergency Recording Finished, review now" (also shows full screen notification), and then says,"recording" before you start driving, otherwise you lose 30 seconds of recording. You don't want to get in a wreck during that time as there will be no footage! 2. ADA is pretty pointless as it does not pick up on pedestrians like it claims, however, it's the only feature activated as lane assist and parking assist is already built into my vehicle. The way things are going with the software, I feel that you must have all of the features in ADA activated for the function to work. A little ridiculous and definitely a sign of afterthought in their software engineering. 3. It's not all bad though as it does have some positive capabilities (compared to cheaper generic brands). It is very sensitive in video exposure and the low "brightness setting" (should be exposure setting) is plenty for my area. If you have it set to high, it will over expose during the day and night making it impossible to read any license plate, so be aware of this. The video quality is good, kinda webcamish, but it is in 4k and the rear camera is full 1080. The cameras do well adjusting to various light conditions and maintain decent exposure. The microphone is excellent and is very clear when recording voices. 4. The app is actually pretty user friendly, but it has a major flaw, it's incapable of connecting to the internet to update the firmware. It also is unable to check the camera's current firmware and gives an error message. Everything else is very straightforward and it has excellent connectivity through both its built in WiFi and Bluetooth. It does download videos wirelessly from the camera as well, but only at about 30mbps, not the 100mbps they claim. So if you want to download your whole library, or around 15 videos from either the front or rear camera (cannot do both simultaneously), expect to be sitting there for 10 to 20 minutes to download these 3 minute videos segments. 5. The cord lengths are more than enough for a concealed install for a nice clean look. Just be aware, quality control does not seem to be this company's strong suit and you may need to get them to send a replacement cord. 6. Customer service, now we are going to explain the one star rating. Customer service is lacking here from the tech support side of things. They do not care about the subpar issues with their product when is comes to function. If you read the poorly laid out manual, which leaves out several key functions of the camera, they show that they don't even have full confidence in their product. They mention things like, "may not capture video at times", "may not function as intended at times", which is very telling about the company attitude towards its customers. The worst part is when you provide them detailed information and feedback about their product that will improve its performance, they just shrug their shoulders and have that ,"it's passable, so it's fine" attitude. My response from them regarding my feedback on the feature functionality was ridiculous and lazy. They just copied and pasted straight out of the manual and made no sense to what I actually gave feedback on. To me, that's condescending, and shows a real inability for them to control the quality of their products. In the end, they are just using copied and pasted open sourced programming for their products that are the same exact ones used in the cheap generic brands, same voice, same gingle, etcetera, yet you are paying a premium price for it, that's the difference.

Some ups & downs. Good overall.
3.5/5 stars. Overall breakdown: +1 - Fast recording(recording upon ignition) +1 - Video quality +1 - Ease of use & installation -1 - App integration -1 - Cable management & Misc. problems 1. The camera comes on and starts recording in about 7-10seconds after power supply kicks in. This is great as you don’t have to worry about pressing any buttons to begin recording however, in some vehicles (like mine) that have remote start, will not supply power to the camera and you have to engage your vehicle to start flow. 2. Video quality is good but can be a bit tricky depending on weather, lighting and angle, though this is to be expected with most cameras. Choose the best quality for your needs. 3. The camera is “plug and play”, but be warned, cable management is essential. If you don’t mind cables hanging from where you place either cameras, you’re in good shape, if not, perhaps a single mounted “multi camera” would better suit you. 4. The app works ok, but “just ok”. Upside? Loop recording and included memory card have you covered. Downside? You need the app to access any footage and the app is on the slow side so if you need it now, you’re gonna have to wait for it to come up and then wait for it to download onto you phone, which also is on the slower side. 5. Being that it’s two separate cameras, the main and smaller for rear view, you’re going to have to play around with some cables. One runs from your power source to the main cam and another to the smaller cam. If you can tuck them into your dash, you’re good, if not, you’ll be playing with cables until you find what works best for you. Personally, I mounted main camera to my rear view mirror and then the smaller camera right underneath it to have everything in one place, along with cables, but am left with plenty excess cable that I roll together and push in between my passenger seat and center console to keep it tidy (again, cable management). Overall, it’s a good camera for the price with good features but realize what you’d prefer (single or multi cameras) before buying.
