Grill mate Cowboy Rub

We're sorry to disappoint you, but Grill Mates Cowboy Rub was discontinued in 2018. ~Cara

McCormick Hamburger Seasoning contains black and chili peppers, salt, toasted onion, and garlic to achieve its signature, bold profile. These elements are all coarsely ground, allowing you to both see and taste the spices. This product also features ingredients ranging from red bell pepper to sunflower oil to round out the taste. Before you make your patties, simply mix in 1 tablespoon of the seasoning per 1 pound of ground beef, another meat like turkey, or a vegetarian alternative. It also pairs well with various other dishes, including steak, seafood, vegetables, and marinades. ~JM

Why can’t I find the hamburger seasoning?

We've recently had limited supply of this product, but we should be shipping to Amazon again in February.

Please help me.. can i use only 1 tea spoon for 3pcs of 100grms burgers?

Hello, you can add as much as you like! Our directions suggest mixing 1 tbsp. of seasoning per 1 1lb of beef or turkey for burgers before grilling. ~Tina

Great flavour for your burgers

This seasoning is just perfect for making the best hamburger ever. I cannot find it in Canadian grocery stores and I have always stocked up when we are in Watertown NY, but that is not possible right now. I was thrilled to find it listed here on Amazon. Great flavour and it is what my kids want me to make for their birthdays. Best Burgers!!
