I am age-62, in good shape. Size-38 purchase. The item fits loosely and allows for Long THERMAL-underwear underneath during these winter months. Very comfortable.I LIKE the Elastic Ankle-Cuffs-- allows for a good warm-pants environment.I REALLY got a good purchase with this item.
