Does it leave your eyebrows Sticky or flaky?

Yes it does. The lashes also have little white stuff on it after a while

Can you use the clear lash gel for for eyebrows as well?

I actually like it even better for my brows than I do my lashes. I use it on my brows to help keep them brushed into place and then use my colored brow gel on top. The combination works great and stays put all day. :)

Is the lash side up or down?

The brow is on the left side and lash on the right. It is marked on the middle of the package. Hope this helps.
