Cotton squares
These are sturdy and a smooth, medium weight, strong material. Good value for the money.

This is not 100% cotton
The media could not be loaded. The description only mentions "cotton", not that this is a blend. I can't use this for quilting because the other pieces are 100% and will shrink when laundered and this will not, creating a buckled appearance. As you can see from the attached image it also frayed like crazy. True cotton does not fray. Waste of money and time.

These will come in very handy
I like getting some pre-cut fabric, especially when it handles some of the projects that I want to make so I don't have to spend time shopping and then cutting the fabric. I like cutting up scraps, but some things don't give me as much joy. Over the years, I have downloaded for free or purchsed many sets of wreaths, or sets of 4-6 designs that all go together. I thought they would be great in making small quilts with 4-6 embroidered blocks and then small squares to highlight the blocks. I have plenty of thread and plenty of stabilizers as well as designs, but I don't usually buy solid fabric, and I especially don't have solid white squares. These squares are perfect for embroidering out designs and then making small quilts like Project Linus quilts or small lap quilts. Please NOTE: They say that these are white squares, but they are not. They are a cream color much like unbleached muslin. I held the squares against many white items and it never showed as white. Other than the color, the fabic has a nice hand feel, and is thick enoug so that everything doesn't show through, like if you are using them for hand embroidery, You probably shouldn't see knots or thread jumps. If you do see that, you may want to and place another piece of fabric or stabilizer on the back. I personally don't mind that the fabric is cream color as it goes better with regular printed fabric than a bright white would.I do appreciate the opportunity to use this fabric. Thank you.
