This is such a wonderful tool. It is so helpful to be able to identify and understand our emotions. Our emotions are a natural and normal part of us, yet we have the tendency to suppress them. This beautiful deck allows us to explore and understand our emotions. It also helps us to process and work through said emotion and release it with the amazing mindfulness techniques.

The quality of the box and the cards is excellent. Each of the emotions has a short definition and a few questions that describe how you might feel to explore the emotion. I also love the “mindfulness cards” that summarize different “tools” that you can apply to regulate your emotions with reference to a book to read more about the “tool”. Finally, the artwork is great!

All the feels can often be overwhelming. Working through them is so satisfying. I felt a little overwhelmed as well as excited when I first opened my FeelWise box. The QR code on the back of the box was soooooo helpful. Thanks to the video I had several neat and easy to understand categories of emotions. I now have my FeelWise deck stacked in their color coded categories sitting on on my desk. Brené Brown says that most people can easily identify sad, glad, and mad. My team and I use those basic emotions to pick a category of emotions and then look for the specific card that really describes what we are feeling in that moment. FeelWise has been very helpful in working through experiences that would normally go unsaid and lead to serious consequences. Everyone is becoming more empathetic and understanding of themselves and each other. Funny how a deck of cards helps us create and maintain a sense of belonging at work.

One of the things I liked about this idea was that there was a QR code with the original book that some of the ideas came with, but only half of the QR codes worked. It would have been better to just put the book name & author instead of the QR code. Now there's two versions of this. The individual cards has more details on it, than the wheel version.

I absolutely love these cards. The emotion characters are adorable. They have definitions of each emotion on the back of the cards, along with some questions. The only thing I’d add is better instructions as to how to use and perhaps some activity ideas.

Love these! The pictures, quality are as described if not better! I enjoy looking at all of them and the system that was created is pretty cool not to mention easy to learn how it works. I feel as though these can be used with any age client or personal use. I thought they were pricey but I was wrong, well worth the price. Thank you!

I really wanted to love this card deck and use it on my healing journey. However, when I was sorting the cards, I realized there are multiple errors. I exchanged the deck and the second deck had the same issues. Returning that one too. With a price tag of $37 it's too many errors to tolerate. Beautiful deck and beautiful process that could be very helpful. But, it is frustrating to try to work it with missing cards and errors. Notes for the seller: Consider reprinting the deck. There are multiple errors and at least one card is missing (Thrive Act) and two groups of cards (Purple & Red) have the same reference to Resilience Distance but there is only one Resilience Distance card. This results in a whole processing series not being linked to a group of feelings. There are multiple inconsistencies also with the references on the back of the card. For example, The Resilience Curiosity card references to Resilience Share 4, but that card says THRIVE Share 4 which is correct. The Resilience Share 4 on the back needs to be edited to say Thrive Share 4. I found several of these while I was trying to match the series for easier processing (see attachment). It was too many errors for me to tolerate.
