Longevity Breathe Tape, 30 Strips (Clear)

These are really good! I try not to moisturise near putting them on as it does stop them sticking so much, but they’ve really helped. They stay on all night (provided no moisturiser) and they fit. They’re comfy & good value. The joy of being able to breathe through my nose!

The product is absolutely life changing, it has helped me open my sinuses when I have blocked noses and on top of everything it’s cheap and good value for money. It is very effective and adhesion is great and easy to use. It has a very premium feel to it and removing it is very easy. The size fits to my nose very well but after you take it off you can’t put it back on without it losing its adhesion abilities. Great product, need to buy again. It’s also lasts years if you don’t use regularly.

No idea what they’ve done to them but they no longer stick to your nose. Literally every single one of them comes off before I am even asleep. Was never a problem with previous packets. Pretty much useless now.

It works. If you clean the area properly and dry it before applying their breath tape, it stays on. But the tape leaves a lot of sticky residue when peeled off - which you have to do very carefully and slowly. Their own instructions say to dampen with warm water to assist in this. Several time now I have washed my nose only to find it still quite sticky. Tip from my daughter is to use a oil based method. Olive oil on a cotton pad worked wonders.

Stop what you're doing and try this product. I've been using these strips for about 12 months, firstly just for sleeping and then applying a fresh one for during the day too. I have a very deviated septum and these have made a huge difference to my quality of life. Best ones I’ve tried.

When first applied they really open your airways. They are very hard to take off. Very strong adhesive and tore the skin on the bridge of my nose. After a couple of uses I couldn't take it off easily and it left my nose swollen and sore. My nose is very sore to the touch and took a day for the swelling to go down. Not going to use the rest of them. Too painful.
