Looks and works perfectly
Was a bit skeptical at the beginning but once installed wich was very easy to do so far its been 2 months and works and looks perfectly it even talks to let you know if door is open or close

I don't know if I ordered the wrong one. However, I wanted the one with the thumb print. Also I wanted to be able to let someone in my house from a different state and monitor it.

Great personal Support and product works very well
Lock works great. We had to change the password and needed support. Aaron was super walking me through the app menu. Installed 8 months ago.

Bought this lock last year. Works very well. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately I cannot find one of the key fob. How can I get a replacement. Why is it so complicated to reach out to seller but such simple process to make purchases.

Very easy to install
This lock was very easy to install. We did measure it first, so we knew it wasn’t going to be the exact same coverage as out old lock so we still need to paint under it 😁 I love the fact that has many options. You can use a code, a key, or a fob to open it. I like that it also came with the matching handle. Our previous lock did not have anything to notify you when the battery was dying so this is definitely an upgrade with that feature. So far I recommend.
