Salewa Men's Wildfire Vent Shoes

Solid salewa shoe here. Fit is as expected. I have a very narrow foot so I use a high arch insole to replace the stock insoles as it helps to fill some of volume of the shoe for me. If you have a narrow low volume foot like myself the laces will be very close together when you tie the shoe tight. Other than this the shoe is nice. Will see how long the life will be.

Great all around pair of shoes. The only drawback to them is that the tounge slips down and bunches just a bit at the toes. I do highly recommend them.

They are not your typical running shoe, I would say more of a scrambler rock climbing, indoors wall climbing type of shoe but it does provide support for a long day on your feet, the mid section is very flexible, and the toe box could make your toes feel like packed sardines if you push too much against the wall. my complain is that after walking all day in them the shoe's tongue moves forward or to the side, which makes for a sore spot by your toes or top of your foot, some other reviewer had the same result about this.In all decent sole and cushioning, bad foot bed insert, it could be a 50/50 if you are picky about your shoes.

My former Salewa Wildfire lasted for 3 years (every day use). Then the shoe brine was worn out. Great shoe to avoid slipping on wet surfaces. Very comfortable. High quality material.

Coolest looking shoes I've ever worn. Fit well, if not a little loose. It will be interesting to see how they wear. I'm going to try to run in them as well.

The laces are extremely long. Even with a double not they dragged the ground. I replaced them with 54" ones and they fit perfectly, this was at least 12 inches shorter than the original. The insoles are on the slim side as well. I opted to replace them re a little more cushion. Now im completely satisfied with the purchase.

shoe is extremely high quality. I ended up returning because the ball pivot point material would rub the top of my toes. I have super narrow feet. I was really disappointed to have to return. They have great arch support and the build quality is the best i have seen out of Oboz, Keen, Vasque, Ahnu.

I like the looks of the shoe but they are to narrow. Will not purchase another pair.

Tengo varias botas de senderismo de este modelo en diferentes colores. Soy muy cómodas, resistentes, etc. La uso a diario. Muy contento.

Ich habe die Schuhe eine halbe Nummer größer bestellt und Sie passen wie im Geschäft anprobiert. Sie sind etwas schmal geschnitten, bieten daher aber einen großartigen Halt, gerade auf unebenen Gelände. Die Schuhe sind sehr "wertig" verarbeitet und auch nach mehreren Wanderungen sind keine Mängel festzustellen... äußerst bequem. Ich selbst habe auch oft verschwitzte Füße, was bei diesen Schuhen ebenfalls fast nicht mehr vorkommt. Zudem machen Sie nicht nur in den Bergen, sondern auch beim Stadtbummel optisch eine klasse Figur.

All'interno della scarpa in punta c'e un'unica, circoscritta, piccola fodera (come da descrizione ufficiale il modello VENT è sfoderato, traspirante, ovviamente non impermeabile).Dopo tre giorni di utilizzo (la foto 1 mostra che la scarpa è ancora nuova), su un lato di una sola delle scarpe, la fodera si è sollevata creando un rigonfiamento fastidiosissimo, evidenziato dalla freccia nella foto 2.Il difetto è dovuto ad una fodera troppo abbondante su quel lato ma a ben guardare si tratta di un difetto di progettazione prima ancora che di assemblaggio (vietnamita quest'ultimo, tanto per cambiare).Infatti la fodera in questione in entrambe le scarpe, e da entrambe i lati, non è né cucita né incollata alla tomaia ma semplicemente fissata alle cuciture in alto e in basso.Come può restare fermo in sede un tessuto che deve aderire a una superficie curva ?Una recensione su Amazon Spagna, non consultata ante acquisto, pare lamentare lo stesso inconveniente.Fornitore GetMoving velocissimo, cortesissimo, attento, davvero collaborativo ha già accettato il reso, a lui 5 stelle , la sostituzione era impossibile dato che non era disponibile la stessa taglia.Invece Salewa ...Il cambio sarebbe stato possibile direttamente da parte di Salewa che, ripetutamente contattata ha rifiutato di "bypassare la procedura di reso al venditore".Complimenti (ironici) a Salewa, in una situazione di colpa evidente non ci pensa proprio di "bypassare la procedura", e sbattersi a trovare una soluzione rapida nel periodo (agosto) in cu si fa uso quotidiano dell'attrezzatura.Infatti Salewa avrebbe potuto inviare direttamente la sostituzione, disponibile in magazzino come risultava dal suo shop diretto.L'errore può capitare a tutti, nonostante i dubbi sulla progettazione avrei ritentato con un nuovo paio o magari sarei ricorso al calzolaio ed alla colla ma non ho gradito l'atteggiamento della casa, quindi tanti saluti.Salewa ha perso del tutto un cliente, anzi due, non ci fossero stati problemi ne avrebbe preso un paio anche mia figlia.In conclusione:aziende dell'alto di gamma (170 € di scarpa, a listino)... avanti così ... continuate ognuna a dichiararvi le migliori ... a parole !
