Just works.
2011 Kia Sorento EX owner. Door didn't work when I bought the car, and the child lock was engaged, so you can imagine how much of a paint in the butt it was to open. Realized the door lock actuator was the problem. Bought this because it was cheap, and I gotta say it looks identical to OEM. Functions about as well as it could, the door works and the locks also engage just fine. Five stars.

Perfect product 12 kia sorento
Purchased for a bad door handle on a 2012 Kia sorento. Watched a video before diving in. Took me about an hour to replace. Product was exactly like the OEM part that was removed. Works perfectly. No issues with this product whatsoever. Don’t spend extra money through a parts store, website or worse, the dealer.

Door Handle Issue Fixed
Door can once again be opened from the outside on our '11 Kia Sorento. Watched online video on how to replace. Took a bit of time to remove the old actuator, but this was a perfect fit. Saved lots of $$ vs the dealership. Can't speak on longevity, but so far so good. Recommend.
