Perfect for the person that needs to remove a battery for a season. Easy to install and easy to use. I use them on my lawn and garden tractor. Take the battery out and bring it in to stay warm. Then when I need to do my driveway I bring out the battery and it connects in seconds not tools needed. Great product.

I bought these connectors to replace the spade connectors on a Minn Kota trolling motor. However, there were some slight snags.Initially, the connectors were really stiff. I couldn't snap them open until I pried them with a screwdriver. A little WD-40 and some wiggling loosened them up a bit. Hopefully it might keep them from corroding as well.The next issue was that they seem to be designed for a larger gague wire than what Minn Kota was using. The stripped wire is supposed to sit between two curved plates that get tightened by two screws. Even when tightened all the way, it wasn't enough to grip the MK wires. My solution was to pull the stripped wire back over the coating and tighten it all together.Once everything was loosened up and attached, the connectors seemed to work great. These definitely are a step up from having to deal with wing nuts, and have a much larger contact surface than alligator clamps. They snap on and off the battery with ease. When they're on, they seem to have a tight grip that doesn't twist or slide off. The plastic covers the connection pretty well to keep them from being exposed to rain or splashed water.Overall I am pleased with the product, but I do think the price is a bit steep for what it is.

Great concept but they really marred my battery posts and I worried over time about the ability for them to hold on to the mangled posts these things leave in their wake.

Surprised that the mechanism is mounted in the plastic cover rather poorly, but the product does grip the terminal tightly and the cover does cover completely. We'll see if these last. I will update this if they fail.

These connectors are made in Sweden and are of durable construction. They are the ideal way to connect/disconnect automotive type batteries used in boats and RVs. They are color coded and properly sized for the + and - posts and since no tools are needed when making the connections, there is no chance of the wrench shorting across the posts or to the frame.

Works as advertised. Battery cable attachment to clamp needs refinement as it is light duty for continus useage. Works for the application I wanted. Fast service will deal with vender again if they have what I am looking for. Rating reflects the cable to clamp but will do if very careful in putting on and taking off. My useage is in a hard to reach location and I am leary of the connection coming loose.

These connectors seem to be quality items. They work well and are easy to use, but I wonder how well they will hold up with repeated and prolonged use. Also, with the added complexity of the connectors, I wonder how they may hold up to corrosion.The connectors are convenient and work well. I would repurchase in the future.
