I bought two of these and both leaked water. Couldn't dive atleast 20meters with them. What is the actual maximum depth?

Note: Before using in water, you need to tighten the charging port with our equipped wrench. What are the lumens?  If lux = lumens/sq m, and size is 76 sq/cm, then lumens for this is 5000 lux * 76/10000 =  38 lumens? is this correct
