Good for weight loss and energy.
I liked these a lot! I try to avoid caffeine when possible due to health issues and it gave me good energy levels and assisted with weight loss.

I love green tea. When I started taking this I had lost 7lbs in a week. I am guessing it was a detoxification. The only thing I don't like about this product is that the bottle says the product contains a chemical that is know to cause reproductive harm.
