I have brick tiles (20mm thick), is it good to stick them to the plaster wall?

You could use Stixall but a good tile adhesive would be more economical.

Can i stick tiles in the form of a mosaic onto acrylic sheets with this without menting thr acrylic?

Yes but would use clear as it seems to be thinner then the white

How long does it take to dry

Curing time will be on the tube itself, but it does grab unbelievably well over night ..

Could this be used for insulated plasterboard

Yes it could but you would need a really flat surface to use it on and you would use a lot of tubes!! Obviously using insulated boards on timber walls you would use screws!
