Ravaged Souls

Oh my, I was not expecting that cliffhanger at the end. Totally unexpected.Still really in love with this series. It was so hard reading Magnar and Erik's pov when they are brainwashed to lust after Valentina, but not for too much longer.Fabian makes so much progress in this book. He's actually a character I like now.Only one more book to go till we find out if they can finally break this curse.

This book is like a rollercoaster that leads you directly off of a cliffThere are some hilarious moments and some epic battles, after picking up immediately after the last book this one is a touch more traumatic than the others but the chaos is finally going to be a happily ever after soon? Right? Soon?

5 stars!
I am loving this series, but that ending! I need to get my hands on the next book ASAP! This book had action, romance, humour and then the heartbreak the sisters are known for. I love Montana and Erik and cannot wait to see what happens next in their story. I would definitely recommend this series!

wow
Book 6 of a series and not to be read as a standalone.Ravaged souls is definitely the traumatic instalment of this series, picking up where book 5 left us, with Magnar & Erik firmly in Valentinas clutches bringing some serious ick to our lives, meanwhile, things look bleak for the twins, Julius and the remaining Belvideres. This book will keep you on your toes and includes a heartbreaking, sobwrentching scene so grab those tissues.

My soul has been destoryed!
Reaching the end of Ravaged Souls, the first thing I would like to say in my review is that the authors have completely wrecked me! I hate them for what they have done to my soul, was that ending truly necessary and I do mean all of it except the bright shining gold nugget of goodness buried wayyyy in there! My heart has been torn to shreds and I am now a shell of my former self, nursing my wounds, and consoling myself in my grief. Why donāt they just come round to my house and rip my still beating heart from my chest because that would have been less painful than that ending! It feels as if my own soul have been ravaged by what the authors have done!Ravaged Souls is heavily focused on the building relationships between the slayers and the Belvedere's, needless to say that for the slayers and grumpy Fabian that proves to be a difficult task, to let by gones be bygones and offer the hand of friendship. Miles and Warren bring such a lightness to the group and are mostly definitely the Seth and Caleb of the group, whilst Fabian is grumpy Darius without a soulmate and a new character from his past is introduced. Fabian is the only one struggling with feelings towards the vampires, a dark soul that just craves some love, though their needs to be consent in there as well.Magnar and Erik begin the story still under Valentina's and Idun's control, and this entire situation had me raging and screaming at the ipad. Meanwhile, Callie and Montana are absolutely heartbroken by the loss of their men, running for their lives from the most powerful men in the series, though Fabian and Julius certainly bring up the rear. Callie has the unfortunate job of finally revealing the truth to Magnar and Julius about why their awakening was messed up and it was so heartbreaking.Overall, the story took an interesting turn and I definitely enjoyed this story more than book 5, the action, the fights, the light-hearted banter, the car crash of Fabian trying to befriend Julius which was so hilariously funny it had me roaring with laughter! I had no seen that ending coming, thinking that what happened probably wouldn't until the last book and the King of The Gods, Odin makes his own appearance. But this was it the final cliffhanger and I am so anxious to get my hands on the final book and see who many if any make it until the end.

A nice continuation
I rolled straight from āForsaken Relicā into āRavaged Soulsā and the story continues in the same way. This book definitely felt more traumatic and dark than the previous ones in the series. There are still some hilarious moments and epic battles but we have a lot more chaos and heartbreak. We meet a new character and learn more about the original characters. The scenes with Erik and Magnar under Valentinaās control were a bit āickā for me. I didnāt get a genuine feel for them and it felt like those scenes were put in only to shock the reader and not actually move the story along. The introduction of a new character feels a bit convenient and I think I know where that is going to end.Iām on this journey now and although I have felt like I could predict the ending for the last few books, Iām on the last one and I have everything crossed that I enjoy the finale.

Death on the Rise
Exciting read, thanks to the Author for writing this thrilling story for us to read and share on the journey with Montana, Callie Magnar, Erik and the rest of characters in this series the Gods who took advantage of so many lives just for power and pleasure. It goes to show how important and powerful Love is and how Hate can change into friendship with a common enemy in a meaningful way that can be achieved through the use of words and actions of strong people. This book is such a powerful read and I really appreciate the author for her work and the perspective that she brings to this story of Love, hate, compassion, compromise and humanity to this story which us as humans today.Thank youSusanne and Caroline for sharing your wonderful work with this series.š

Love
This is my favorite book of the series even though it has some of my least favorite partsāthe joys of reading books by these sisters. The pacing is great in this one and that last little cliff is a good one. I love the character development that happens, especially with Fabian. ONLY ONE MORE BOOK. Also, Juliusā¦.you can lie to yourself but you canāt lie to us.

Oh my!
Noooo! I need book 7 now! Thank the gods that it's only a few weeks out! I would have cried if I had to wait. Speaking of crying... no no, I won't speak of it. This series is fantastic. I absolutely love all the characters and their growth thru each book. This one was a little more spicy but I don't mind. Just in case other people do. I love the action, it's a page turner for me. But my absolute favorite part was the party. I was laughing out loud the whole time. Since this is book 6 I assume everyone knows what's going on and I just wanted to leave some stars lol. Can't wait for book 7 to see how it all comes together in the end!! Cuz that cliffhanger...wow.
