Really comfortable to use and after the little bit of “training” I did my jaw is noticeably sorer than usual. I’m sure after extended use you would notice some type of progression.However due to my extreme gag reflex I realized that I can’t get through more than 8 bites before having to spit them out and gasp for air. Really it’s user error but I still feel justified in the 4 Star review. I will continue to fight through and maybe I’ll be able to train my gag reflex as well as my jaw.

I would like to bring awareness to this because I was not in the know. It is common for jaw trainers like this to cause anxiety for various reasons. I used it as directed but around the last "set" I felt very anxious like I needed to get them out of my mouth or Id gag even though they are in no way large enough to gag me. Apparently this is a common response to some jaw trainers. So far Im okay with them, this obviously is not a fault of the product as they have no taste, I was just unaware and wanted to let others know.

The silicone gum begins to fall apart so your swallowing the rubber.

Been using these for a little while now and they have my jaw a lot stronger.
