This is true to size and it works wonders . I love the slick design of it , I feel very comfortable in it . I wear it to the gym and my body is drenched in sweat .It’s an extra tool for my work outs that helps me burn more calories .

This is my second sauna shirt and it definitely made me sweat a LOT more than usual when I exercise. I had purchased a medium, and the fit is good for me, though a little baggy in the torso area, the arm length is spot on. I normally wear medium in most shorts when I want a shirt that is more fitted and large when I want more baggy. I don't really care for the writing on back, actually, I don't like it at all. I'll probably try to see if there's a way to remove it. There is very little stretch/give to it, so make sure you size accordingly to the activity you plan to use this with. This feels like it just baggy enough that I can lift without it feeling like it will constrain my movements. I kind of prefer this to the slip over sauna shirt as the zipper makes it a LOT easier to take this off when I'm all sweaty.

This works well and definitely makes you sweat much more. Fits well and does the job!

This sweat suit definitely gets the job done! It's very light weight and fitting. You will sweat the moment you put it on seriously. The only thing I would suggest is getting it maybe a size or 2 up because it is a little difficult to get off when you are drenched in sweat and sticky.
