So, I've been using this mask for a while, and I'm not so sure if I see any improvements, but I don't think it's been long enough to tell. I will say that it can be a relaxing part if a skincare regimen to wear it in the morning, and there is actual evidence to suggest the benefits of red light therapy for skin, so I think it may be helpful; I just can't really tell with how inconsistent my skin can be haha. The build quality could definitely be better for the price, though. I find myself being very careful when handling it because it feels a bit fragile. Interestingly enough, I think that in my time using it, it actually made my skin look a bit more red at first, as though I was sunburned, but that eventually went away. I'll keep using it and see if I notice any improvements, but for now I can't really tell.

The quality and finish of the mask looks pretty good.. It is very comfortable to wear and it is very easy to adjust to your face with the straps. The control works in a very easy way and the mask turns off automatically after 10 minutes of continuous use. When you have the mask on you can feel a slight heat that is not uncomfortable. I highly recommend this product.

Does RLT benefit your skin? I absolutely believe so, but is this the most cost effective and best way to do it? Maybe not? There were so many things about this that I liked, the wireless having its own built in battery, the plethora of colors and a lot of LEDs and modes. The mask itself is comfortable enough that it's not unenjoyable. All that said, do your research, look around, and find what works best for your budget. There's other places I'd look at this price range.

The first thing that I really love about this mask is that it doesn't just treat my face, but my neck, too! That's unique among LED light therapy face masks like this. I have owned and tried several--maybe 8 or 9?--and I've never seen another that covered my neck. That's a huge benefit here. It's also very easy to wear this mask, though it was intimidating at first. Set-up is pretty simple. You just have to attach the head straps and plug the charging cord into the controller, then plug the controller into the mask itself. The control panel is clear and straightforward, too, and it allows you to choose the color therapy you prefer, or you can just cycle through all the colors. Another unique feature is that the controller can also be used on its own for spot treatment in more precise areas. That's helpful for the area around the eyes, especially.The mask itself is lightweight and mostly comfortable to wear. I generally prefer a more flexible silicone mask, but this one has more LEDs than most other masks. In fact, I think it might have the most LEDs of any mask I have tried, so you get a lot more concentrated treatment with this thing. The light is bright and powerful, but there is built-in eye protection, and to my surprise, it really is possible to read or play a game on my phone while using this device! That isn't true of most other similar products. I still prefer to relax or meditate while I am using my mask, but it's nice to have the option to do something else.Overall, I am enjoying using this mask. It's a powerhouse, for sure, and it's priced accordingly. $400 is a LOT for my skincare budget, and that makes it hard to recommend. Still, it has some really beneficial and unique features that set it above other LED masks, so if the price isn't prohibitive, it is worth trying. Four stars.

I kept using this for awhile it seemed to make my skin look a bit more even at first.then I'm not sure if I leveled out or why but I didnt seem to help as much after the first few weeks. My skin stayed the same and when I tried to wait awhile then start up again it didnt really do a major change so I passed it along to help out others who had skin issues. For some they said seemed to help a bit others not at all so who knows. So many got frustrated when they had no change and didnt continue using after several tries .its definitely on the pricey side especially when people who it didnt help heard the price. So I would say somewhat effective on some but nothing for alot. Easy to use and understand and not many would pay the amount it cost for the unknown results .me I'm usually pretty good with doing my research on an item before I purchase I always do my do diligence before I pay for something. Quality well made piece of hardware for the facial care one might need depending on skin quality.

This mask took some getting used to, but once the routine was established I found it to be worth the effort. I find it works best if I keep my eyes closed and sit in a comfortable upright position. The timed shut off is very helpful. It holds a charge well for a long time too.
