Frigidaire, 5 Gallon Bottom Loading Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, Stainless Steel

It is a very good product for use at home. It is very quiet and no noise. It is elf controlled with the cold and room temperature. Dispensing water and filling in at the same time. A good product for use at home

Water doesn’t get cold

To new to rate, but so far so good. Made in China which isn't a good omen. This is our 4th unit, same technology, different manufacturers names on them.

Super easy to set up and use. The cold water dispenser is great. I haven’t used the hot tap though, haven’t really had a reason to yet. It’s a little noisy when refilling its reservoir or chilling water but not overly so, and it’s not for a terribly long period of time. It’s definitely having the desired effect of getting my family to drink more water.

The bottom-loading design makes this water dispenser much easier to use than top-loading models since there’s no need to lift a heavy 5-gallon bottle. The hot and cold water options work well, and the stainless steel finish gives it a clean, modern look. It has been convenient for everyday use and fits nicely in the kitchen. The controls are straightforward, and the dispenser feels sturdy and well made. Overall, a great combination of convenience, functionality, and appearance.

Works and looks great. Just make sure you don't have it right up against the wall. Other than that take off the plastic and it's ready to run.

Cleaning and clearing the air stuck in the system is very difficult. You’re lucky if it last for 2 years.

An excellent item for a great price! It works well, was easy to set up, and the bottom loading feature is terrific. No having to worry about spilling water, very convenient, and a great design. I would recommend this item

great cooler, alot of functions but could be colder

This water cooler is awesome hot water is very hot and cold water is cold works excellent . Thank you

Il est super

I give this a 3.5 stars. All seems to be working ok BUT, the cold water is not very cold. It is slightly colder than room temp but certainly not cold enough to be refreshing. I looked for a mechanism to adjust temp but doesn't exist on this machine. Also, the hot water child proof mechanism sticks open. No probs as we don't have young kids but I am afraid that if it breaks off, the hot button may not work at all. Btw, the hot water is super hot and terrific for tea, coffee, hot chocolate, instant soups and noodles.

Bought end of January and the pump already broke
