The taste of gummy is awesome, and I am using it from 4-5 days and I have seen no side effects or gut problems, it's true that it's very useful to reduce hair fall and it has lot of health benefits also according to me it's a decent product.

It's fine and I can see reduction in hair fall. But when I use these gummies , I don't feel hunger and kinda undigested feeling. So I stopped to taking these gummies on daily basis. In addition, I would suggest to include high fiber foods in ur diet to avoid constipation (Side effect of Biotin).
