So Far, So GREAT!
I have only had this lock for about a week now, but so far it has been the best smart lock we've had! The previous one we had died quite frequently and I was changing the batteries in it 1-2 times a month...4 AAA batteries a month is insane! So I bought another "high end" brand to replace it and it was just the WORST. So here we are lock #3 and I finally feel some satisfaction!-Installation is EXTREMELY easy and fast!-The battery life seems to be pretty good, but I will update if that changes.-App setup is easy and the app functions well-The lock itself looks sleek and modern-The lock responds pretty fast any way you unlock itI love this lock so far, hoping it holds up to the test of time!! Again, I will update if anything changes!

Great product, no issue yet (will update)
It took a a while to set everything up but it was super easy, barely an inconvenience.Things to consider:1. You will need the wifi hub (Looks like an outlet) for the smart features to work with Google or Alexa.2. Once you sync your Philips account to you Google or Amazon account you will have to use the pin found under the voice settings (you can change this)The installation was easy, it looks great, and easy to see in the even in the sun.

Almost great... but significant frustrations ***UPDATE
***UPDATE*** changed from 2 stars to 4 since customer service exceeded expectations, but the issues still exist with the product so leaving the review for others to read. If they ever issue an update to fix the issues it may earn 5 stars.Very close to being great... and could probably be fixed with an update, but currently a dud.- Closed door sensor is great, but if enabled you can not set a delayed lock... why did they do this???? You can set a delayed lock ONLY if you disable the door sensor. I want to delay the lock 5 minutes AND have the door sensor enabled so it knows if the door is closed and can be auto-locked or if I have the door propped open and shouldn't be auto-locked.- When leaving and locking the door from the outside, it is always a fuss. There should be a super easy 1-button push that locks the door... but no... you have to tap the screen to enable the input, then push and hold a number for it to lock and listen to hear the motor lock because the colored light indicators are confusing what they mean and the audio is not loud enough to hear. You can also scan your fingerprint to lock the door but that also has a slight delay and frequent chance of not reading. A physical button dedicated to ONLY locking the door that I can be confident the door is locked and works every time in a split second is very valuable.- Coming home and scanning your fingerprint thinking the door is locked instead locks the door... frustrating.Been very pleased with everything else... but those are critical and very annoying so moving back to a lock with physical buttons for our front door. Hopefully Philips issues an update that addresses these issues and I can update this review.

Does it All
Multiple ways (key, combinations, fingerprint, and via WiFi using app) to unlock your door. Battery level indicator. Well-made and well thought-out. If you want a top-of-the-line electronic lock, this is the one.

Super Lock
Second keyless entry lock I have had. First one, not Phillips, was terrible, never worked right. This one is great. So simple to use. Love it.

A year later, and still working nicely.
Hadn't really heard of Philips door locks before, but I like their Hue lights and was willing to give this a try. We've had this a year now and it's still working great. We've had no problems. Every once in a while the App goes into Sleep mode and I have to re-enable it. But other than that, easy to install and use.

Great Smart Lock, but the Keypad Struggles in the Cold
I installed this lock in January, and now that it’s March, I’ve had enough time to test it out. Installation was straightforward, including syncing it with the sensor, Bluetooth, and WiFi.The Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity make unlocking the door with your phone incredibly convenient. You can even control the lock remotely as long as your phone has a data connection and the lock is connected to WiFi at home. However, living in Buffalo, NY, I’ve noticed that cold weather affects the keypad's performance. When temperatures drop, pressing the buttons can cause glitches—sometimes registering the wrong number or repeating the same number multiple times with a single touch. If this lock had physical buttons instead of a touchpad, it would be flawless. If you live in a warmer climate, this lock is probably perfect. But for those in colder regions, be aware that the keypad may not function reliably in low temperatures.
