Lovely coffee, terrible delivery
The coffee is my favourite but the delivery! Out of 2 boxes - that's 20 capsules - ALL but ONE were crushed. 19 capsules my machine wouldn't accept. What a waste

Poor packaging damaged capsules
Capsules were defective broken out of 10 capsules 3 were unusable and had to be thrown packet was badly packed and compressedI like lavazza coffee but unfortunately poor quality packaging for transportationbad review

Poor quality aluminium shell.
The espresso that it puts out isn’t all that bad, but the aluminium used to make the pods is pathetic. On multiple occasions, I’ve received damaged pods. And at other times, when I used the pods in my Nespresso machine, they didn’t release the coffee. Upon inspecting the pods, it appeared as though it was vaccum sealed and the air was sucked out of it aluminium foil.

Too thin aluminium walls
The capsules have aluminum walls that are too thin, so when they're loaded into the coffee machine, they deform and leak water. They should be made with more aluminum.

Squished pods half of which do not work in the Nespresso Machine. Got a very good deal but turned out to be rather expensive with half the pods bad.

Flimsy packaging for a fragile product
Unacceptable packaging for a product that is fragile and unusable if damaged! The Seller seems to have no respect for his own product or his customers. Disappointing!

Lavazza una garanzia, in particolare il crema e gusto è veramente perfetto per il caffè appena svegli la mattina, gusto deciso ma morbido, per intenderci non sa mai di bruciato come spesso accade per le cialde con intensità elevata (questo è 12/13). Il profumo è buonissimo. Insomma quasi meglio dei caffè originali Nespresso ad un prezzo inferiore, consigliatissimo!
