Out of the box - very impressed. The sandals look well made and sturdy and are comfortable to wear. They seem to have good traction. Fit is true to size. Slip-on feature is great - easy to put the sandals on without using my hands (a vast improvement over the Keens I have used before) and the heel design holds my foot snugly. That said, I bought these sandals to take on canoe trips into the wilds of Quetico, where they will get very hard use; they will be wet for much of the time, will need to have good traction on slippery rocks and be comfortable on rugged ground. I will update the review once I know how they perform in the wilds of Canada.

Better than expected.After 20 years of wearing Keen sandals to walk, wade and wander, I was skeptical that Sketchers would serve my needs as well. After a month of wearing them almost every day, I can honestly report that these sandals are on the same level of comfort and construction as the others. Only time will tell if they are as durable but they are easier to get on, as well made, good arch support and much less expensive than the Keens. If you are looking for an all around sandal IMO these should be at the top of the list.

Comfortable from the moment I "slipped" into them! True to size fit. Very quality made. Nice arch support and grip on the bottom. Look great. Outstanding value for the money and I would have paid twice the price for these. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and the little nubs on the insoles feel like getting a massage with every step I take. Wonderful shoes and I'm hoping they hold up for a long time. I have become a fan of Sketchers and these wide fit sandals have quickly become a favorite. I like the way they look and they are incredibly comfortable on my feet suffering from neuropathy. Some reviewers complained about the little nubs on the insoles. At first I found the nubs uncomfortable but after wearing the sandals with socks for a day the nubs seemed to relax and now feel comfortable and provide a healthy sense of message. I love these slip on sandals.

If you typically wear wide width shoes and you want a pair of sandals that all you do is slip your foot into them, This product is for you. Sketchers are the best!

These are the most comfortable shoes of this type I have ever worn. Easy to slip on and they are snug and secure on my feet. They are of great quality and a good value for your money.

These run large....and wideMy husband is usually a 9.5 Xtra wide in his shoes. We ordered that size, them a 9 extra wide. Even that feels large. We will order an 8.5 Xtra wide and see which he prefers.But these look and feel well made. Very happy with the style. We tried another, cheaper brand, but the quality and style were not the same.

The slip-on design is a game changer. Also solves the common velcro reliability issue where its either losing its grip or just ripping off the strap because of poor materials.Comfort for me would be around 3.5/5. A bit heavier than my previous one and the insole is on the harder side.
