Works well
Works well for the price. I was impressed that the pump handle was actually long enough to allow positioning it and getting some leverage. Additionally, it looks like it can be refilled with hydraulic fluid if it leaks out. A lot of low cost jacks are not refillable.

Really nice 2.5 ton floor jack!
I'm pretty blown away by how nice, heavy duty and inexpensive this floor jack is. The only thing I'll point out, which I tried to document in my video is the hydraulic fluid reservoir will be kinda hard to access but this isn't something that will happen often if it even does! I highly doubt you'll find a floor jack equal to this one for this price. Just to answer someone else's question in another review, YES the lever handle is meant to be bent so IMO their review should be 5 stars instead of 3 as this was their only concern listed for this product.

Low profile car jack
Overall good sturdy construction, works great. Could use a little longer pump handle.

Works as advertised, handle is a little too short
Product works well, but the handle it comes with is quite short and doesn’t provide enough leverage or reach to lift a 1.5-2t vehicle. A 3/4” pipe fits over the handle perfectly if you cut a piece of the rubber grip off. Lowers the car back down in a controlled manner. I’ve used it several times now and while I’m not a fan of how the release valve is operated, I’ve been impressed with how finely I can control the lowering speed. Would recommend, but would also definitely recommend extending the handle.

Easy to control when you are lowering the car.
I'm no expert, but these are my impressions of the jack. It seems to be of good quality, although only time will tell. I really liked that it lowers the car slowly (the valve is smooth and easy to control), unlike others I've used where the valve is stiff and when you turn it you have to use a lot of force, and it ends up dropping the car. Although in the video I leave the tube and my hand on the valve and it seems like I'm still turning the valve while it lowers, in reality I just turned it a little and let my hand and the tube rest. (The noise is because it's an older car and the jack was a little sideways, which is why there are times when it seems like it stops lowering, but in reality it's just adjusting itself.) The car is not heavy, it's a Toyota Echo. Remember that it's a low-profile model designed for low cars. It came well packaged with no scratches. The handle doesn't rotate 360 degrees; it's straight. The lift arm is aligned (it looks symmetrical, there seems to be the same amount of space on both sides). I didn't have to add fluid or bleed it; I just took it out of the box and it worked perfectly. Always remember to use jack stands, even if the jack seems solid.

Gets the job done
I haven't used this for any really heavy vehicles, but it had no problems lifting an old Porsche Boxster and keeping it in the air. This was just to change tires. If I had to crawl under the car I would still use jack stands of course. Some people said they had to use pliers to lower the jack because the release isn't on the handle. While that is true, there's no need to use pliers. The item description here on Amazon shows how to do it. The instructions mention it too, but they are pretty sparse and there's no picture to show just what they're talking about. So far those instructions are the only negative. They were definitely an afterthought. All in all though, I'm very happy with it.

Great Floor Jack for Me
Just purchased and used once, but a great jack for a '19 Mustang (considerable clearance under the jack points) and it lifts sufficently to swap my winter & summer rims/tires. My only "beef" is a "nit", that the handle is short. This is a well engineered jack, with the short handle it is easy for almost anyone to pump. A longer handle would make usage easier -- and, yes, this is a nit. The shorter handle makes it easier, less expensive to ship and this was a fair price as well. This unit is considerably lighter than I expected, but seems to be very sturdy and I have high expectations for it lasting a decade or more.

Release valve screw is a pain.
Works alright, not the beat but it does the job. I used this to work on my 95 deville and it seemed to hold the weight of the car pretty well. It’s small and compact and fits well in my trunk. It jacked my car up pretty high and i was able to use jack stands. The only problem i have is the design. The valve release screw isn’t connected to the handle, so i had to use pliers which makes lowering and releasing the jack like a gamble. It’s too erratic and chaotic. I’d much rather have a jack with the valve release in the handle
