I just find is so incredibly nerdy and cool that with this device and an Onn 4K streaming box I have the exact same (albeit smaller) TV experience as I do at home, just in my truck when I'm on the road! (Your vehicle will need wifi or you will need a wifi hotspot from a mobile device like your phone)*Not saying to watch TV while you're driving*But if you're on a road trip or use your vehicle to sleep in, this is a great way to still have TV/Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/Etc.Haven't used it often, but when I have had the opportunities to use it, it's been wonderful (and many people have no clue you can do this so it's gets a lot of questions/attention).*Products needed: Ottocast, a streaming box like Google TV/Onn Google Streamer (which can run off usb power OR an inverter to plug in AC powered streaming boxes), HDMI cable & wifi hotspot.Took me about 15 minutes to setup, including updating the Onn 4k streaming box (which took most of the time). 10/10 recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Great idea and product! Buyer beware of driving laws and use only while stopped or for your passengers enjoyment. This is considered talking while driving (handsfree) but some states see it differently. My GMC has a huge screen and this accommodates my passengers viewing. If you access the systems monitor of your vehicle you can adjust for full screen viewing. This product takes some figuring out and understanding how it operates sometimes to fully enjoy. once you understand what needs to be done sometimes to make it work then you will enjoy the product.

The media could not be loaded. Perfectly compatible for 2021 RAV4.The sound quality is as good as your speakers. There was no delay. I used a Roku express to connect and the process was easy and seamless. It is small so it doesn’t get in the way. If you don’t have a lot of space, you will just need to wrap your cords and it should be fine. Your connection will be as stable as your hotspot. Very easy to switch back to the regular car menu. It is very lightweight so treat it like any other electronic and you won’t have any issues!

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product, does what it says! Simple Plug in Play (to USB A port or use the USB C adapter it comes with). I bought this device along with a Firestick Lite and my screen literally acts like a TV (your vehicle HAS TO HAVE CarPlay in order for this device to work). Using the hotspot on my phone, the CarPlay detects the device + Firestick and I am able to use all the apps off my Firestick as if it were connected to my TV. No lag or anything and the video & sound quality is great, still plays videos while the vehicle is in motion. So now I can watch my sports via YouTube TV app on the go or any other app in general. I even bought a 3ft USB C to HDMI cable to connect my iPad mini / iPhone to it and play COD Mobile off of it with my bootleg PS4 controller. A definitely must have for any vehicle with CarPlay. Although inconsistent, the product works. I have a toyota corolla xse hybrid 2025, and this product bypasses the Apple Carplay function of my car and opens a new input, letting me screen share my phone screen to the car's Carplay. However, this function rarely works. Most of the time its in a blank screen, or the product will disconnect from my phone and stay like that until further torubleshooting, and even then it's still inconsistent.

Works for me so far. I noticed some audio sync issues at first. I decided to do a firmware update and it fixed the problem. A bit laggy with certain apps but I’m very impressed to have video play on my car screen.
