Overall well made good product but I should buy the smaller version . It’s great but really heavy I guess good for some dogs but my border collie seems to struggle. He hasn’t destroyed it yet so it’s very robust and if you have a strong dog worth the money.

So far this has been a decent toy for my 12 week old double doodle. He enjoys playing with it. I'd prefer the rope to be a little longer for when we are playing together so my fingers were further away from his teeth, and the ball area is a bit big for him at the moment, but he's happy with it. Slightly dissatisfied that it came without any wrapping so the rubber ball was dirty (kinda oily) and required a good clean before use. But it feels good quality and like it will last a good time.

Was a well received Christmas present by my brother's golden retriever - she gave the ball quite a good chewing (and is quite a heavy chewer), although it was holding up well.

This is such a great dog toy. My girl loves this over any rubber stick or tennis ball. The rope part is cushioned and very comfortable to throw and the small ball is the perfect size for a medium sized pooch. This is my second one now as the first one got lost. This looks like a brilliant dog toy. Excited to try it out. Unfortunately on about the 3rd throw my dog stopped for less than a minute before returning to me and had managed to chew the rope. Shown in pic. My dog is a small, medium sized Collie cross. Weight 16kgs. I expected it to last longer after reading the sales blurb.

My Dog is a big chewer and chewed through the rope very quickly. However once chewing off the rope tail we were left with a ball with a knot at each end (and rope running through centre of ball. She loves chewing this and the rope knots and ball both seem very durable. They have lasted months. We have had 2 and the same thing happened to both. I'd still buy again as she will chew through most things- this ball is one of the most robust we have found.

As a dog sitter this has gone through a range of different chewers; A dashund, a doberman, a jack russel cross, a rottewieler cross, a staffy cross, ect. some of the puppies, some of them young adults, on a scale of 1-10 I would say the worst chewer is an 8/9 and it has survived him. Much to my surprise this has kept up incredibly well, it's not showing any signs of wear even with the dog who likes to chew all of the frayed strings out and eat them (none yet!). It's been used in the house for play and in fields for fetch, cleaned easily by soaking in hot water. I would reccomend to anyone who wants a quality made dog toy.
