Perfect for my bad back! My husband and I use them for picking up sticks and gum balls in the yard.

I bought this because the reacher I bought from a medical supply house broke. I just started using it, so here are some first impressions. I love the fact that it is light weight. Luckily I brought an IKEA bag tio my Amazon hub counter to carry them home. I'm not thrilled at the fact that they fold in half. It has trouble picking up heavy objects. I picked up up keys, a pen & some silver ware that I dropped on the floor.. I recommend the grabbers.

Growing up, my grandmother used to have devices like this that could assist people grabbing things off the floor without having to strain their backs or otherwise reach really far. The bottom line is that I've seen terrible quality and GREAT quality products in this category, and despite being light in weight compared to some of the better-quality my grandma had, this thing has considerable gripping and lifting power.While I can't honestly say that this has the same gripping strength as a person's natural hands, it does grip surprisingly well compared to other products. For example, I successfully gripped, lifted, and held 4 heavy-duty, thick legal pads at once, all without slippage or structural strain on the device. And I got two for this low price. I recommend the product, even though the English language instructions on the tabs you are supposed to use to lock the thing to the extended position says "unlock" on BOTH sides, and that is obviously impossible.

Since I have purchased several kinds of grabbers ones the years, I really like these because handles are red and color goes with my kitqcheqnq. Sometimes I wish they were an inch or two longer.

I love these grabbers! It’s amazing how well they pick up tiny objects. I have back problems and can’t bend down to pick up something off the floor and these help take awaythe stress of cleaning. In addition, they take up very little room. I hang mine on doorknobs in the room where I think I’ll need them. They are a great price -two for the price others cost for just one.

The cups are not suction cups so the grip isn’t good.

After my husband ran off with my other grabbers (same style, different name brand), I bought these. They are the usual, quite adequate, tool. Don't know if I'd trust it to grab a heavy glass jar from over my head, but picking up things I can't reach? Yes, indeed. The arm locks straight as well, which is helpful. Can't beat the value for the price.
