Do you apply it to wet hair or dry hair?

To very wet hair and then I blot before I blow dry with a diffuser. It gives me defined soft curls with good hold.

Do this have protein in it? How far is protein listed on the label? I’m somewhat protein sensitive.

Yes it has wheat protein. It’s listed pretty high in the list. I don’t have a problem with protein it actually helps to thicken my fine hair.

Do you apply it to wet hair or dry hair?

You can use both methods. I apply to wet hair when I want some definition in my curls when I wear my hair down. The dry hair method I use usually for slicking my hair into a high puff bun.
