Better than I anticipated
This was so inexpensive, I just just had To order it. I love the fact it does not have a traditional outlet plug, it has a USB plug and although that might sound odd it's really a blessing.Because, you can take this with you in the car, on a long road trip, on a camping trip if you have a battery pack you can plug it in and use it in your tent.I would absolutely buy this again no doubt about it.

Portable + easy to use
The GREENIC Led Red Light Therapy Lamp is portable, travel-friendly, and lightweight. It plugs in via USB, and has several brightness settings/levels. I've not had the opportunity to use it on a regular basis just yet, so I don't know how well it works for pain relief, etc, but the light works great - it's bright, and easy to use. After I've used it more often, I will update this review to reflect it's health, and healing, benefits. Overall, I think it's well made, designed, and high quality - a great value for the price. I definitely recommend it!PRODUCT: "GREENIC Led Red Light Therapy Lamp, 660nm 850nm Small Portable USB Near Infrared Light Device at Home with Gooseneck and Clamp for Face, Body, Neck, Skin, Feet, Knee, Hands, Back, Shoulder, Legs"

Red Light Therapy
I keep on hearing great things about red light therapy. I'm almost 50 and my skin isn't as firm and youthful as it used to be. The red light lamp is easy to use. Just plug it into the USB and your ready to go. I work from home and sit at my desk all day. I plug this into the USB and clip it on the side of my desk doing one side of my face at a time. The light is very bright so I make sure it is out of my eyes as much as possible. When having this directly on the front of your face you definitely need the goggles to protect your eyes. The goggles don't have the little vision holes so you won't be able to see anything. The effects of red light therapy will take a while to comment on. As for the device itself I love that is it portable, the gooseneck you can position how your like. The only downside is it's only USB and didn't come with a block.

Very versatile with the clip on aspect and has the ideal 660 and 850 nm frequencies.
Very versatile with the clip on aspect and has the ideal 660 and 850 nm frequencies. I've seen more and more red light therapy lights with what I call "odd frequencies".... and I only say that because most every red light device that costs quite a bit of money, all use 660 and 850 nm, from what I've seen.... so when I see "620" or 630". I just wonder if these frequencies are as good. From what I've read, they should be very similar, but no "perfect" frequency has been determined, although I did find out that "810" nm is the ideal infrared frequency, and it's what most veterinarians use on animals, but that frequency is only superior "if the light is right on the skin"... the second you move it above the skin, even slightly, , it loses it's superiority, and 850 is just as good. This red light device is great because of it's versatility and the ability to use it anywhere you want to on your body, and any place you want to use it, seeing how you can even use a power bank, so you don't even have to be by an electrical outlet. Great product.

Seems to work
The first week I had this I used it everyday to treat my face, and tested it a couple times for pain. For my face, I would always notice the renewed appearance immediately after use, and since I would do it right before bed my skin would look even more amazing after I would get sleep. Since it is so bright and you have to cover your eyes I have found it difficult to stay as consistent using it since I basically have to sit there and do nothing for the entirety of the treatment and some days I'm too tired to stay up the extra time to do it. I was skeptical about the effect it would have for pain, but I did actually notice some improvement on the areas I tried it. I've used the timer function every time I've used it and it seems pretty accurate, maybe a minute or two off.

Good for the skin
I heard that red light therapy is good for your skin, it helps to improve your skin and also help other parts of your body with muscle issues. It was easy to set up and attached to my desk. I use it while I'm watching TV. Just becareful not to put it right in front of your eyes and look into it as the light is very bright. You can also use the googles that comes with it. I do like the gooseneck so you can adjust it to how you like it. There's 3 timer settings on it, 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins. I do about 20-30 mins every couple days. I don't see the effects yet as it's only been a couple weeks. The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit longer.

Easy to Use, Goose Neck Is Awesome!
Easy to set up and use. My wife uses it while I'm watching TV. It clips onto the edge of the footrest easily (the clamp is very strong). She loves the gooseneck, so she can adjust it however she likes. The effects are not showing yet, but it's only been a week of regular use. Recommended!
