It's my first time buying a smart lock. I needed a durable, keyless padlock for my Malaysia home, something that could withstand the hot and rainy weather and be shared with family members without any worry. The long shackle makes installation easy on the gate frame and the NFC tag is foolproof for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Even my grandparents are able to use the tag and open the lock.

This lock is awesome! It has a bit of weight on it for what it is so for sure its very sturdy to go through a rough time outdoors. I'm not gonna worry about that at all! I just finished setting it up and just after doing so the keyless feature to unlock it is very much convenient as I thought. Don't need to worry about a key anymore. Looking into purchasing more later on! CHEERS!

We had this lock for 2 months and without warning it suddenly stopped working. We didn't get a low battery notification or anything. Initially, when we'd go to unlock it, you'd have to make sure the lock was fully clamped in. If even a millimeter was slightly lifted, it wouldn't unlock. Like, the light would turn green and all and you'd hear it "unlock", but you couldn't get it to fully disengage.After 2 months of that headache, it just died. It doesn't work at all at this point. It won't turn on. It won't charge. It won't unlock. It's completely dead and useless. Strongly do not recommend wasting your money or heartache for a bad Friday morning when you find yourself unable to get to work. Ugh!

Great, sturdy lock! Love all the features, app and setup was very easy. I was able to use it right away. Really cool technology.

Easy to setup. No more lost keys, just unlock using the phone. Lock is heavy and seems durable and will last.

This is about as good as it gets if you are looking for a bike lock. It is case hardened steel and tough enough to stop someone from funning off with your bike. It is just the right size for a sleeved chain with an extended shackle. The nfc tag works flawlessly and hasn't let me down one time in the last four months. I have been using this on an almost daily basis and I never worry about needing a key or remembering a combination. I wish I would have gotten one of these smart locks sooner, if you haven't tried one either you need to!

Its NOT like a lock your expecting. You can not shut the shackle and lock it! you have to close the shackle AND press the power button to lock... may not sound like much but I won't use it. you MUST have a fob or cellphone or you can't open the lock. I don't like it.Just know what your buying.
