Review: Very good sound for small price. Budget bangers! - Anker Soundcore P30i buds. First and foremost I want to be clear that I am rating these buds purely on their own merit. Without their software, without any Equalizer, just on how they perform straight out of the box. Baseus and Tozo and Jlabs are some of the names when we think of Budget Bass Buds. And for those who are looking for good, clean bass... I'd compare these with Jlabs. For bass, right out of the box, playing music with bass in it, they deliver a clear, audible thump, without the actual pounding vibration. Right now, I'm listening to Cry Little Sister, from the Lost Boys soundtrack, at volume EIGHT. (That's not even halfway up my volume bar from my phone). And the base tune soundstage is really, really good. Especially for a bass tuned base. The vocals, and background vocals are right up front. Crisp, clear, and don't sound like they are being overwhelmed by anything. And I can definitely hear every hit from the bass drums, as well as count the cords on the keyboard. Now I'm at 12, and those bass drums are starting to pound. Other than it's significantly louder, I'm still hearing good clarity of the different ranges. I can't say this for my Tozo T18 Crystal buds, without tuning. My Baseus BP1 pros would be creeping over the midrange at this volume on the base tune. Ok, now I'm at 18. A lot louder than I usually listen to. The highs are much more prominent over the lows. Which is the opposite of how a lot of bass speakers work. Honestly, this kind of division of the ranges from a single driver speaker is kind of surprising, especially at 20 to 25 dollars. Battery life is good too. I have a 10 hour day. 2 hours on the bus, 8 hour shift at work. With the ANC turned on, they need a quick charge at lunch to carry me home. With ANC turned off, yeah, I can get back in the door before they need to be charged. Sometimes just barely, if I've had them cranked up. ANC- on the bus they do pretty good. Cuts down a lot of the engine and sound noise from the bus. I can still hear people talking next to me, but at about half what it would be without the buds in. At work? Well it's so noisy at work even full blown ear muffs aren't making it good. Feel- ok this is subjective, because my right ear canal is different from my left. In my right, I can feel a bit of pressure when I put them in. But once in, they're quite comfortable, and I can fall asleep with them in, as a side-sleeper. Bluetooth is good. Stays connected as long as I'm in range, and range is definitely acceptable. Definitely better than the chap 17 dollar Onn buds I have. Easy to pair also. My only real complaint is no front panel to show the charge on the batteries. All said the bass isn't as deep on the base soundstage as Tozo delivers, but it's cleaner. Tozo also offers much better options in their software, as does Baseus, in some ways. I DO like a lot that SoundCore went the route of making the stems wider, instead of longer. Having long hair, it's less likely to get caught on the stems, and pull them out. Speaking of pulling them out. I decided to do some headbanging. My glasses flew off but these buds didn't budge. Overall though I have no regrets at all, buying these very good sounding set of inexpensive buds.
Review: Shockingly satisfying in every possible way - After spending $1000 in headphones/earbuds in the last 3 years (1 Sony $390, 1 Samsung $350, 1 Google $199), and being disappointed with "cost/benefit" on all 3, I decided to give a shot at this absolutely inexpensive option. But before pressing "buy now" and just purchase it, I decided to do very same work I did when buying the other 3 premium devices, and took my time, reading reviews, educating myself about the company and it's commitment with customers/users, and finally, I went deep into the specs of the hardware, software, and the mobile app (this last one definitely a big plus). At this point you might say: "it's a freaking $30 Bluetooth earbud" just buy, use it, and if doesn't deliver it's promises, then just return it and add another "zero" to the original $30 and buy a premium device. Well, not so fast... I was intrigued by how good it all sounded and I want to use this whole experience to test an assumption I've been carrying for a short while, which is that we've been all scammed and abused with the so called premium priced devices, in other words , if you want the goods, you have to pay much higher price for it. So, I looked into this as an opportunity to unmask my theory and for that I had to put the "works" in place. After blending and filtering all the information gathered (the process even included "unclutter suspicious" reviews), the conclusion was obvious: despite all looking very standard, there was a positively intriguing desire to give it a try, and the result couldn't be more satisfying. Design looks average initially, but it actually reflects a distinct personality with a touch of elegance, specially with the colors available (green was my option and I was not disappointed). The hardware is absolutely underestimated for the price tag, meaning, it has the ability to deliver a sound quality that matches my Sony WH1000 (I listen to audio-music/books/podcasts an average of 6 hours a day) with crystal clear sound nuances, including a sharp treble and a solid bass, and yesssss, a battery life that will get you listening music and talking on the phone for a few days just by a one full charge on the charging case. Call quality... isn't this feature one of the most important components that will drive us towards or far away from a device...Yes!!!! So here it is: Shockingly amazing call quality. They built this right, and the balance between the software and the hardware, is in perfect harmony, 4 mics and AI, cleaning all the "distractions" away from phone conversations, and music listening without any disappointment. And here is the "cherry in the cake: THE MOBILE APP. Again, another well built component of the whole experience. Better than my Sony, Google, and yes, heartbreaking, my Samsung (I'm a big fan of Samsung products). Summarizing, it's not Bluetooth 6.0, not 14mm sound shell, but it's absolutely a shocker of a quality device that only cost me $30, and it gives me peace of mind with call and music-sound quality. Noise Canceling absolutely under your control, through an app designed with everything you need to make it "your way", and satisfy your desire to listen music like a music producer ;) Ps: no one paid me to write this review, and despite the fact that I don't ever right a review, here is one I hope it will add value to your decision.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth it
*by T***E on October 4, 2026*

Let me tell you these are great earbuds and especially for $30! I thought they were gonna be alright because you know they are only $30 but when I tell you these are even better than AirPods in my opinion then they are better. Charging for a full battery is only an hour and they are so easy to connect to your device and start listening to music. In fact out the box they were at 100%. They have really good bass and sound over all and I was very surprised. They are very comfortable in my ears too. They come with different tips just in case as well. For exercising these are great even through all the sweat. They don’t fall out my ears at all. The only downside I would say is they can’t wirelessly charge however they have a built in stand for your phone to watch movies or TV on which I do in the office. It helps instead of me either holding my phone or laying it flat so it’s a good innovation for not being able to wirelessly charge
