Replace Battery for Braun Oral-B iO Series iO10, iO4, iO5, iO6, iO7, iO8, iO9 Toothbrush Type 3753, Type 3758, Type 3776, Type 3794, UR14500AC Rechargeable Battery

This company treated me extremely fairly. I had trouble getting the first battery installed, didn't seem to work right. They sent me a replacement battery, and the same thing happened. I think I messed up during the installation, a tiny chip of the plastic cover came off the OralB. The company allowed me free return of both batteries, and I then bought a new toothbrush. They were easy to deal with, very fair to me.

Battery didn't work at all. Got it for my Oral B IO 7 toothbrush. Made sure it was in correctly and tried seeing if it just needed charged. Sat it on the charger and still a no go.

I had purchased an OralB 8 gennegation 2 ½ yrs ago when it quit on me. I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the battery and this did the trick. Good as new for the price of this battery.

Beware ~ failed after first full charge cycle. Lasted ~ 4 days and was dead after that. Would not charge again. Then, I have to pay to ship it back for a refund…. I’ll just throw away and warn others that it will cost you more in shipping and time to return, than the refund value.

I thought this was a bit expensive for what it is, but I am happy with it.My Oral-B io8 lasted about a year before it suddenly completely stopped holding a charge.I do not store my toothbrush on the charger, and keep a fairly close eye on the battery status. This replacement snapped right in, and so far is performing well.

The bottom of your charging base has 3 'nubs' that fit the bottom cap on your io toothbrush; it turns about 90 degrees, then pry gently in a few places with a small knife, remove the 'guts' carefully. Note how the battery goes, take a picture! This battery has solder tabs and my io toothbrush does not, no big deal, just cut the excess off or fold along the sides and it charges properly. Remember to first clean the toothbrush 'case' well, remove the o-ring on the bottom CAREFULLY, clean the bottom well; use silicone grease or vaseline jelly on the o-ring, lube the interior of the top 'case' hole, slide the mechanism into the 'case' and once in correctly, tighten the bottom cap. TEST, now clean your teeth!

Had not really noticed that my toothbrush had been progressively operating less efficiently but was having issues with the charge not lasting. Dropped this in and not only does the power last longer that the original, it seems that the performance has been restored as well.
