The material is soft, hangs nicely and is a lovely light dove gray. I thought it was going to be gathered, but it hangs flat, which is what I really wanted but didn't want to pay twice as much for! There is generous overlapping fabric on all sides making it is easy to pull a rolling stool under without having to wrestle with the fabric. The packing wrinkles ironed out easily with a medium heat/steam setting. The table skirt fits perfectly over my standard massage table that also has a 2" foam pad on top.
